Pongal Festival Bonus for TamilNadu Govt Employees January 2012

CM orders for Pongal BonusIt may be happy news for some or a little disappointment for others,yet its a news we can welcome for govt emplyees.As every year they demand some percent of bonus,govt also offer what they need in some conditions.Here is an update for TN Gov emp's,that the official order has been issued by CM regarding the Pongal Festival bonus for state government employees of Tamil Nadu.

According to the sources, 'C' and 'D' Groups will get Festival Bonus equal to 30 days salary with an upper limit of Rs.3,000 and 'A' and 'B' category employees a special bonus of Rs.1,000.

Pensioners, Family pensioners and farmer village officers will also get Rs.500. Full-time and part-time staff, who has completed 240 days in regular service and are getting monthly salary, employees on consolidated payment, anganwadi workers, mini anganwadi workers, village assistants, employees on special time scale of pay, panchayat assistants, social workers, contract workers, daily wagers, daily wagers who later became permanent employees will also get Rs. 1,000. It will cost the exchequer Rs.272 crore.

Employees of local bodies, teachers and employees of government-aided schools and colleges, employees whose services coming under the rules of the University Grants Commission, AICTE, All India Agricultural Research and All India Services are eligible for bonus.

Quake after Thane

It is the latest wave spreading all over the southern district of TamilNadu,that we're yet to receive a earthquake soon..

What really Happens:

      Our people believe evrything to be a true statement ,infact its the situation that we have right now.As you may know that ,the recent attack by the cyclone  Thane, made top to bottom,total wipe out in cuddalore,villupuram,panruti,neyveli,puducherry areas and nearby towns.

      As this much of things happened just before new year,and hearing this earthquake news at very morning on the sleep is a great misery,its common that we believe what people says.whether true or not ,we've heard and we came out of the homes at 4.15am. (some people wake up at 3.00 am ).

     There is no communication to convey the news or to know whether it is a trusted news or just a rumour,so we believed and with lot of fearness ,we stay out of home.

Real Shake at vadalore:

     Eventhough it is not a high on ricter scale,it is said that Vadalore,near cuddalore had undergone mild-shake ,and people feel the shake,they said.
   
    So,they thought it is sign of a big b comin on the way,it is right thing they've done as far as from my view,they've alerted by SMS,phone calls,onsite visit to near by areas by bikes.

Its destruction after a destruction threatening us here in cuddalore,neyveli areas in tamilnadu.

We are not still recovered from the damn cyclone Thane ,that devastated us in 29,30th 2011.

New year born in darkness
after the cyclone hit waves everything wiped out ,trees,hut,electric lines,here we lost . .

EARTH QUAKE destroyed
we are in darkness for last three days ,its day 2 in 2012 .

Its 4.30am, everybody roaming here and there waking up the nearby ,neighbour people.

Now we are sitting out the houses, ie) on road . .

We heard via phone from relatives, that kumarapalayam,kokampalayam were gone due to quake hit. .

Pray for us . . .
